First, I have to say that I love that the abbreviation for Sound of Soul is SOS. Because, honestly, that is how it feels when you first hear you're very own HRV (heart rate variability) converted into audible frequencies, tones, and colors of light.

Our experience being hooked up simultaneously with the Sound of Soul was incredibly unique. The electrode stickers were placed on parts of our upper torso area and then we both laid down in a comfortable position with blindfolds on. A few drops of essential oils were also used to aid a parasympathetic state. As the session started we listened to our hearts play different sounds and instruments. We both responded to our hearts playing a landscape and mantra with waves and overtone musical combination the most. As soon as our hearts played these sounds immediately we both felt a very deep shift. We were very conscious of how our hearts merge, and we both felt super embodied. I felt as if my body was suddenly wrapped in a cocoon submerged in the safety net of each other's hearts. Rather than the more familiar feeling of being in my mind swimming in a vast stream of information or cruising the ether!
I experienced firsthand how human heart intelligence holds the master key to integrating our multifaceted potential of unconditional love and physical vibrancy. Since SOS, being fully embodied has a new sense of feeling and a refamiliarized understanding.

Aqua Quinta, the Sound of Soul makers, has a newly developed lamp that employs LED technology free of pulsation. For highly sensitive people like myself and my husband, this is a huge benefit! We both feel a lot of irritation in our subtle fields with the usual flickering of most LEDs.
The SOS water table lamp can give you feedback on which one of your chakras needs amplification by measuring your reaction to each color through skin conductivity. We start by placing a glass of water on the water table. Next, you hold on to the electrode handgrips and look into the light while the device sizes up your reaction to each frequency of light (about 10 seconds for each color).
The seven chakras correspond directly to the main musical notes: C D E F G A H C, or Do Re Mi Fa So La Si Do
The color that remains at the end of the measurement process signifies which one of your chakras could use amplification. The next step is to wait about 5 minutes while the light bathes the glass of water sitting on top of it with the appropriate color/ frequency. Lastly, you drink up your nourishing chakra water and enjoy the feeling of reharmonization!
Working with the water table technology helps to remind us yet again of the intelligence of the body. The body knows what it needs. And Jonny's case, his body communicated the root chakra could use some love. The color of the water table light turned red at the end of his skin conductivity measurement with the electrode hand grips.
The benefits of knowing what chakras could use more support go beyond drinking a glass full of red light-infused water. Now Jonny can also focus on grounding activities like walking on the grass barefoot or using grounding essential oils on the bottom of the feet.
